Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator


The Maintenance Coordinator will lead a maintenance team with very high requirement in terms of safety and availability. Key to the role will be the ownership of the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to prioritize the activities of the team, analyze trends and coordinate with production teams to ensure a free flow of information. In case of extraordinary trouble, the candidate may lend hands-on support.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be the steward of best practices for the CMMS program and ensure they are followed accordingly

  • Coordinate with production team to prioritize and schedule work while minimizing downtime and disruption to process

  • Analyze work order data to refine projected downtimes, increase scheduling accuracy and identify failure trends

  • Maintain a set of auto-generated reports to key stakeholders and maintenance personnel which provide up to date statuses of ongoing and completed work at facility

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, biologists, scientists and more to deploy new automation systems and provide continuous improvement to existing designs

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills and app navigation

  • Associates degree or certified training in field related to industrial maintenance

  • High degree of mechanical aptitude, and general knowledge of equipment reliability & maintenance

  • Experience with Maintenance Connection™ CMMS program

  • 4-6 years of experience working with industrial systems with an understanding of core maintenance activities
