Bay4 Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of NAES Corporation. Opportunity Summary Bay4 Energy is looking for a Field Services (FS) Administrator to join our team! The FS Administrator is responsible for maintaining multiple systems of records and documentation that are essential for the continued operation of Bay4’s nationwide Field Services Department. They are integral to managing many of the department’s processes and procedures, including the vehicle fleet records, customer equipment warranty claims tracking, equipment testing and calibration logistics, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator. The FS Administrator will streamline the administrative requirements of the department to allow the supervisors and technicians in this rapidly growing department to concentrate on better serving Bay4’s customers. Primary Responsibilities * Organize and maintain Bay4’s Fleet Management System to accurately track vehicles, drivers, registration status, maintenance cards, fuel cards and GPS tracking. Track driver compliance with vehicle maintenance requirements. * Record, track, and report on the status of warranty claims initiated by Field Service Technicians for customer owned equipment. Ensure timely return of defective items to the OEM and prompt notification to the responsible TPM when replacement components are received from the OEM * Synthesize the data gathered by the Field Service Technicians in the field into clear, coherent reports that can be delivered to the customer in a timely manner. * Work with Procurement and Safety teams to manage the logistics of technician tools and safety equipment testing, calibration, and re-certifications. * Maintain the Field Services protective clothing purchase catalog and employee database * Track data and provide regular reporting on departmental key performance indices (KPI’s) * Coordinates with other departments to draft and publish department procedures. * Review and upload procedural documentation to a centralized database. Maintain and update documentation as required. * Will attend regularly scheduled conference calls with team members and client stakeholders. * Perform other assignments as directed by the Manager of Business Services * Enforce and comply with departmental procedures and reporting requirements. May be subjected to inclement seasonal weather conditions if position calls for traveling to/from various locations for training purposes. Hours:Adhere to scheduled work times. Position Location:Subsidiary location – Tucson, AZ Fit for Duty This is a Non-DOT position and all employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program.
