Aerotek Administrative Assistant/Data Entry in Tucson, Arizona

Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Quality Control Department within the mortgage industry. Attention to detail and data accuracy is a must as they are reviewing loan applications for discrepancies. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Duties include but are not limited to:

File inventory, pull credit reports, order property transfers, etc.

Must be detail oriented and can make phone calls and multitask the multiple data software’s.

Performance Expectations:

Must adhere to company attendance policy and be on time daily.

Must work well with team and support internal customers as well as have the ability to work independently.

Must be able to ask for help and ask questions to seek understanding.

Will be measured on accuracy of loan applications and ability to catch discrepancies.

Must have a positive attitude and a desire to be present and engaged.

Role is temp to start depending on business needs/volume. will be re-evaluated after 3 months

1-2 years' experience in an office setting with customer service skills.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Must have great phone skills

Need someone to be very detail oriented, can make phone calls and can multitask our multiple data software’s.

Work Environment:

Pay: $14-$15 an hour

Full time but can work between 730-5 ( 8.5 hours including 30 min lunch or 9 hours with 1 hour lunch, up to them)
