KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.
Work with clients and trust administrators on matters relating to assigned accounts
Perform interim reviews of accounts' financial data to prepare and file federal and state fiduciary returns with minimum errors
Manage an account load of approximately 1,000 to 2,000 fiduciary and agency accounts
Minimum of one year of recent tax experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university with an accounting or tax focus preferred
Maintains flexibility by adapting effectively when dealing with different tasks, responsibilities, people and environments
Experience preparing fiduciary and/or individual tax forms in a professional services firm preferred
Solid experience with automated tax return preparation software and MS Office applications; One source trust tax experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to perform responsibilities with little supervision and the ability to independently manage assigned account load and a team player
