PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist in Mesa, AZ.
Executes recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process). Develops short and long-term recruiting strategies. Evaluates and recommends job postings. Conducts research on recruitment standards and monitors new trends and opportunities. Performs screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates. Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies. Partners with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines. Sources external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates.
Provides answers requiring an understanding of processes to customers and candidates to ensure talent engagement processes are followed. Recognizes inconsistencies in processes and reports to more senior level staffing representatives for follow-up activities. Maintains contact with potential candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidate interested in future opportunities. Encourages identified potential candidates to apply to job openings. Prepares preliminary analysis of diversity strategy plan data against goals and objects to be used in the development of recommendations for engagement strategy plans. Performs applicant down-select utilizing key word searches in order to provide minimally qualified candidates for management review. Documents the current business processes, as provided, by process owner.
Generates metrics reports and consolidates data for staffing and customer review following engagement activities. Coordinates logistical plan for Boeing talent engagement activities.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
