Job Description Summary

This position will be responsible for supply chain planning coordination of all products impacted by EU MDR (Medical Device Regulation) for the global Peripheral Intervention business unit. You will work closely with the EU MDR core team, regulatory, multiple regions and manufacturing sites, and the extended supply chain planning team to ensure smooth transitions including consistent product availability to our customers and inventory management to minimize cost.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary supply chain owner for MDR transitions and associated labeling changes for the Peripheral Intervention business unit.

  • Work under little supervision to coordinate the phase-in and phase-out of products to ensure supply continuity across multiple geographies, in line with regulatory approvals and manufacturing cutover plans.

  • Work closely with the EU MDR core team and multiple planners to drive consistency across supply chain planning teams and a standard planning approach across all PI products.

  • Provide a single interface and standard communication into regional supply chain teams and global functions.

  • Maintain supply chain project funnel and single source of truth for transition dates, and ensure linkage with other supply plan communications.

  • Ensure supply is available to cover regional demand while minimizing inventory and minimizing scrap and other costs.

  • Track and report on supply chain execution to major milestones while highlighting business impact and potential trade-off decisions.

  • Prepare executive level presentations as required.

  • Perform basic financial analyses.

  • Complete ad-hoc spreadsheet analyses during issue resolution and/or scenario planning.

  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

  • Other duties and projects, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, project management, and consulting skills.

  • The ability to influence, work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional, team environment.

  • Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word); ERP/MRP APS systems experience is a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations.

  • Masters or MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience including demand planning, supply planning, or managing product transitions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and awareness of Lean techniques and Six Sigma

  • Certification through ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) or IBF (CPF, ACPF)

  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
