Asan Insight Services Manager,you can expect to:

  • Multitask.Lead specific Service Desk support, QA, Custom Configuration Labs, Network Engineers in theimplementation of technology solutions for clients in the Western part of the United States. Be an influential innovator with industry presence and deep experience in the Professional Services space to increase Insight market share.

  • Take ownership.You will help build and grow our Professional Services offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.You will also manage risk, client satisfaction, communication plans, change management, financial performance.

  • Be a leader.Motivate your team to find successful solutions. You will be providing guidance to your team for successful client engagement and delivery. In addition, grow market share through strategic efforts on an industry level.

  • Be challenged.Be a persuasive SME/Win Strategist with deep knowledge and sales enablement qualities within our Services Division. You’ll lead the pursuit of large deals with a consultative approach that can develop a very compelling win strategy to qualified deals.

Specific experience:

  • Proven experience leading and developing delivery teams, specifically leading data center technicians working in multiple locations.

  • Oversight of all technician activities for multiple clients

  • Follow business practice guidelines and communicate to management existing or potential problems.

  • Ensure adherence with client Change Management process

  • Ensure warranty process is followed.

  • Create, confirm and/or complete service orders.

  • Determine assignments to work centers or individuals for scheduling, based on data supplied.

  • Follow business practice guidelines and communicate to management existing or potential problems

  • Navigateinternal/external reference support materials.

  • Assist with all aspects of technical support,

  • Instruct end users in the appropriate use of equipment, software, and/or reference materials.
