Aerotek Merchant Services Representative *$18/HR!* in Tempe, Arizona

*This position is temporarily remote through the end of 2021! Candidates must be able to commute to Tempe, AZ eventually.*

Description:

  • Provide onboarding support to merchants via phone & email and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

  • Assist with time-sensitive issues

  • Auditing, identifying errors, & triaging issues

  • Monitor case & track progress through in-house software

  • Educate merchants on company procedures

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm

  • Shift differential for following shifts:

  • Monday-Friday: 12pm-8pm

  • Saturdays: 9am-5:30pm

  • Sundays: 9am-5:30pm

What will make you stand out?

  • 1+ years of experience in support/quality assurance/sales environment

  • Experience with Google Suite & Salesforce

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong data entry skills (10-key)

  • Strong computer/technical ability

  • Effective written & verbal communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Relationship-building skills

*Strong technical abilities needed. Agents will be navigating multiple systems to find the answers. This is not a typical call center that is scripted. Candidates must be flexible and think outside of the box!*
