Aerotek Merchant Services Representative *$18/HR!* in Tempe, Arizona
*This position is temporarily remote through the end of 2021! Candidates must be able to commute to Tempe, AZ eventually.*
Provide onboarding support to merchants via phone & email and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
Assist with time-sensitive issues
Auditing, identifying errors, & triaging issues
Monitor case & track progress through in-house software
Educate merchants on company procedures
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm

What will make you stand out?
1+ years of experience in support/quality assurance/sales environment
Experience with Google Suite & Salesforce
Strong attention to detail
Strong data entry skills (10-key)
Strong computer/technical ability
Effective written & verbal communication skills
*Strong technical abilities needed. Agents will be navigating multiple systems to find the answers. This is not a typical call center that is scripted. Candidates must be flexible and think outside of the box!*
