KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Digital Lighthouse for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
Guide teams in developing and execution of software test plans and timely resolution of issues
Design and build efficient test accelerators to accelerate testing activities
Create detailed software testing plans and project documentation related to the testing phases of the SDLC
Design and develop testing models customized to client needs and setup test governance process
Ability to create a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Supervise in developing more predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis with ISTQB/PMP certification is preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems
Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
Prior experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity
Strong experience with Automation Tools (Selenium, Katalon Studio, UFT and Tricentis Tosca), Scripting Languages and Test Management Tools (JIRA, Rally and ALM)
Solid knowledge of data analytics on ODBC databases and MS Excel
Travel may be up to 80-100%
