This is a critical position to ensure alignment and consistency across CRMS in regards to governance and ensuring that senior leadership understand the current state of the CRMS environment.

Specifically this leader will be responsible for the following:

Third Party Program Management:

  • Lead/Oversee key projects, as assigned by management. These may be internal BE projects or CRMS-wide efforts

  • Create and distribute communications across the BE team and the wider CRMS team. Partner with peers in BE to understand the communication needs and the associated audience

  • Develop presentations for committees and governance forums, including key data points from dashboards

  • Escalate issues

Process Improvement:

  • Coordinate compliance with regulation AB Securitization requirements

  • Completed process optimization projects as required

System Access Management:

  • EAM Program Implementation Support for CRMS (Example: ASoD Rollout, AIMS Application Onboarding, RBAC adoption, etc.)

  • Daily HR Monitoring

  • Access based Issues support for CRMS

  • AppOne Bi-annual attestation for CRMS Systems

  • Entitlement Change Management

  • Quarterly/Annual QA for CRS* Systems

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Design, implement and maintain Governance Dashboards. Partner with data team to determine appropriate reporting tools and data points

  • Analyze data and conduct trending analysis to identify risks or potential issues, both within individual LOBs and horizontally across CRMS

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of management experience

  • 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process, quality assurance, strategic planning, or project management

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Regulations and Risk Management policies and the broader Risk Management Framework, preferably with multiple years of experience in risk management in the financial services industry

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to create and manage dashboards, identifying the key data elements, analyzing data, and conducting trend analysis

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence across a range of partners and multiple levels of leadership; ability to recognize the appropriate level of detail for the audience

  • Strong leadership skills. Has led large organization with different responsibilities

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • At least 10 years of experience in risk management, control, project management, implementation, and/or strategy

  • Familiarity with the CRMS environment, including products, processes, systems, and leadership
