Aerotek Escalation Specialist in TEMPE, Arizona

Description:

These specific openings are helping close out all of the tickets for a specific line of business that will be transferring to a different department.

Job Duties:

  • Respond, monitor and resolve any refrigeration alarm systems or maintenance related issues (such as HVAC, electrical, etc.) for different lines of business.

  • Reps will receive the ticket, contact the site, dispatch the correct maintenance crew (they outsource their maintenance to different vendors so need to analyze the situation and understand who to dispatch), then close the ticket when the issue is resolved

  • Some cases are resolved in 2-4 hours and some are open for over a week until it's resolved

  • Use multi-line telephones, radios, and instant messaging to dispatch and solve discrepancies

  • Communicate with both customers and vendors to solve problems in a timely efficient manner, via email, phone, chat, and skype

  • This environment serves as a call center for maintenance related issues. They are in charge of creating trouble tickets and work orders, bringing work orders to conclusion, scheduling, making contact with the site and maintenance vendors, communicating updates, and resolving the ticket.
