DHL is hiring for Customer Service Advisors located at our Customer Resource Center in Tempe, AZ: 1910 West Rio Salado Parkway Tempe, AZ 85281.
You will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our DHL Express global customers!

Fielding a high volume of customer inbound calls assessing our customers’ needs. Manage a variety of database and web based programs to provide timely responses to the customer. Tracking & tracing of shipments, rectifying shipping errors, product ordering, delivery status, pick up and drop offs. Distribute calls when necessary to other resources to ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely fashion. Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be re-directed. Promote DHL Express services and products to customers on every call.

HS diploma or GED required. (Some College Coursework Preferred)
High level of Computer Skills proficiency.
Customer Service Experience.
1-3 years of Inbound Call Center or similar experience.
