Responsible for on-going Issue Management, Resolutions Tracking and follow-up. Perform monthly data quality assurance for Executive Reporting. Coordinate and support Audit and Regulatory engagements for IT department. Define, maintain and work with IT teams to oversee the implementation of policies and procedures. Support in handling of remediation efforts, assessments, new standards and documentation and on-going maintenance, strengthening controls and alignment with IT governance. Assist with ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
Ensures activities are performed accurately, thoroughly, and in accordance with Findings Execution Framework, Audit and Regulatory Support, Operational Risk requirements, and/or industry best practices; and activities meet timeframe standards.
Manages own work assignments under general supervision to complete Audit and Regulatory Request Letters, Assessment and other reviews/projects as assigned on time.
Responsible for oversight, tracking and reporting of IT Findings. Ensures finding data in Archer is accurate. Recommends improvements to the Monitoring COE framework. Supports Get to Green program.
Acts as a subject matter resource. Knowledgeable about Audit, Findings Management and Control testing best practices.
Prepares and distributes Audit and Findings Reports and conducts meetings with various business partners. Compiles data for analysis or dashboards.
Assists in developing and maintaining department policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typicallyobtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires 5 years of experience including 2-3 years ofAudit and Regulatory Support experience
Goodknowledge of centralized function aspect experience in reporting, writingand communicating policies and procedures. Prior audit or regulatory complianceexperience helpful
ExcellentKnowledge of PC software applications such as MS Office - Word, Excel (vlookup, macros, automation) andPowerpoint, Power BI
Good written and verbal presentationskills and ability to communicate well across groups and all levels ofmanagement
Experience in analysis andpresentation of data required and deck creation
Strong analytical and datainterpretation skills
Detail-oriented and able toprioritize and organize tasks to meet required deadlines
Flexibility to multi-task,prioritize, and organize tasks to meet required deadlines
Able to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of Audit and testing bestpractices
Knowledge of Archer application
Knowledge of Data Managementpractices
Knowledge with GRC (governance, risk, compliance)methodologies, tools and enablers in the financial services sector
