Auto collections and skip tracing experience is highly preferred. Also able to consider strong CSR candidates who have negotiation/quick decision-making/rapport-building skills. Bilingual OR Non-bilingual Auto collections experience (1 year) is highly preferred. If candidate has collections (non-auto) and skip-tracing we can submit. Ideally, we are seeking auto-collections and skip-tracing.
Soft Skills: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Good verbal and written communication skills 3. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills 4. Good time management/organizational skills 5. Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint 6. Ability to work in a team environment 7. Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as needed
