Builder Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
Essential functions of the job:
Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials, and keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
Keep customer informed about the service
Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route

Previous pest control experience is a plus, but if you haven’t worked in the pest control industry, we will train!

Requirements:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
