Works on large, complex TOs, working with Government POCs
Leads and directs employees on the performance and procedures for conducting and organizing task efforts; directs documentation efforts and develops process improvements; ensures timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent contract deliverable events of moderate complexity and various levels of detail
Prepares monthly cost and status reports
Resolves administrative issues, coordinates employee training, and gathers information to assess work load to ensure proper contract support; interviews and hires new employees
Performs quality control oversight on documentation and deliverables
Ensures technical solutions and schedules are performed IAW CDRLs
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in engineering, engineering management, mathematics, or physics, OR, in lieu of minimum 15 years of experience, will have a Master of Science (MS) in engineering with a minimum of 9 years of experience
Minimum Experience: 15 years of experience within Communications, Engineering and/or Project Management. Must be able to manage complex IT projects that include multiple travel teams, procurement and IT implementation simultaneously
