Axway is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to perform candidate search activities. In addition to working closely with Recruiters to develop strategies to find talent, responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with using an applicant tracking system (ATS), in particular iCIMS. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is also well versed in creating job postings, building Talent Pools and sourcing for DE&I initiatives.

  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to execute innovate sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research to meet Axway talent needs.

  • Partner, collaborate, and take direction from the TA team on sourcing strategies and delivery of QIA (Qualified, Interested and Available) candidates to meet the demands of Axway’s open requisitions to create a diverse talent pipeline of candidates.

  • Responsible for developing talent pools within our ATS, iCIMS, to categorize designated technology skills and/or functional specialty.

  • Responsible for nurturing a proactive network of talent for immediate access/submission to open requisitions.

  • Source active candidates from on-line databases, contacts lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.

  • Act as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.

  • Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure continued identification and movement of candidates using candidate relationship development activities and communication strategies.

  • Conduct thorough pre-screens with candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications and ensure timely and accurate documentation in the ATS.

  • Maintain sourcing information in the ATS to ensure all data is captured, updated, and reported properly.

  • Perform full cycle recruiting for entry level or overflow requisitions.

  • Promote our employer brand online and offline

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role

  • 2 years’ experience working with in an ATS (iCIMS or Workday experience preferred) and/ or other web-based recruiting tools.

  • Hands-on experience with a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

  • The ability to build and maintain a long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill roles

  • Experience developing and maintaining strategies for increasing engagement of passive candidates

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

  • Effective time-management abilities

  • Knowledge of industry and technology trends

  • Experience sourcing for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Microsoft Office Skills- PowerPoint and Excel

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Ability to implement targeted souring initiatives and generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines

  • Flexibility and willingness to source for multiple roles over multiple functions and levels

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships

  • Experience working in the software/information technology industry
