Aerotek Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona


The TA Coordinators will be assisting the recruiting team with doing all administrative duties post offer.

They will be working with vendors (1st Advantage and Concord), coordinating with the managers to confirm first day details

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the point of contact for post-offer talent acquisition and human resource

related questions and information. The position is essential to ensuring that the candidate and onboarding experience for new employees is

a positive one. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with and assists the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources with a

variety of post offer employment related items, including, but not limited, to post-offer screening and related items; post-offer

communication with candidates; and the arrangement of the first stages of on-boarding.


l Coordinates with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources staff regarding all post-offer employment activity.

Provides job applicants with post-offer employment information and assists with the review of information provided by


  • 1-3 years of administrative experience within Recruiting or HR

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills

  • Bachelor degree is preferred

  • Experience with WorkDay is a huge plus!
