Greets visitors and answers all inbound calls, routing them to the appropriate destination.
Primary Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments
Greet customers, vendors and other visitors
Prepare shipments for overnight service pick-up
Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Maintains office equipment
Orders and stocks office/kitchen supplies
Maintain, clean and organize the reception area, kitchen area and conference rooms
Prepare Homebuyer packets for distribution to account managers or sales agents
Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED required
2 years of reception/general office experience
Strong organizational skills
Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must pass work eligibility requirements.
