Job Description

Greets visitors and answers all inbound calls, routing them to the appropriate destination.

Primary Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments

  • Greet customers, vendors and other visitors

  • Prepare shipments for overnight service pick-up

  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintains office equipment

  • Orders and stocks office/kitchen supplies

  • Maintain, clean and organize the reception area, kitchen area and conference rooms

  • Prepare Homebuyer packets for distribution to account managers or sales agents

  • Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED required

  • 2 years of reception/general office experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Highly effective interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Must pass work eligibility requirements.
