CVS Health IT Customer Service, Lead Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona
This position supports CVS Health by providingdesktop support to include technical advice,guidance, and informal training to customers usinghardware and software programs. Additional responsibilites include:• Troubleshoots and restores routine technicalservice and equipment problems by analyzing,identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms usingestablished processes and procedures. Proactivelymonitors and performs preventative maintenance.• Able to identify technical issues and escalate toappropriate second level groups if needed;collaborate to identify root cause. Creates checklistsand procedures for problem control and prevention.• Work in a team setting, sharing information.• Responds, resolves, and documents service ticketsin a timely manner according to service levelagreements or assigned completion dates. Resolveswork orders and problem tickets across multiplelocations including those remotely supported.• Provide 24 x 7 on-call support as assigned. Providerotating weekend coverage as required.• Able to complete project tasks independently withlittle or no follow-up from Manager including assignedChange control tasks.• Ability to install and service equipment located onthe floor as well as overhead.• Ability to move printers, monitors, and other equipment as needed
1+ years of IT experience in a support role
- Experience in a Windows environment with MCSE,MCP, A+ certification - Experience utilizing solving/trouble shooting skills-Experience with operatingsystems/hardware/software
High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor degreepreferred.
