Caliber Investment Customer Service Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona

Responsibilities

  • Private Client Customer Service

  • Receive and process service requests and questions

  • Provide detailed resolutions to investors, vendors, and internal staff

Transaction Processing and Management

  • Compile and review investor subscription documents

  • Organize, process, and track various service requests in ticket system

  • Distribute tax and financial documentation to clients as requested

  • Finalize investment information in CRM system

  • Gather personal financial documents from clients

  • Ensure all investment information is accurate in CRM

  • Redemption and rollover management

  • Data entry and distribution of statements and reports

Client Interactions

  • Attend and participate in monthly summit and Caliber Lunches on rotation

  • Attend and participate in annual summit

  • Join in client meetings with Wealth Development team, walk-in client visits, and other collaboration meetings as requested

  • General Administration Tasks

Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma

Experience

  • Minimum 2-years customer service

  • Minimum 1-year administrative role

  • Investment knowledge preferred

Skills/Competencies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure

  • Ability to adapt to processes and deal with ambiguity

  • Client support

  • Strong Administrative Skills

  • Use of CRM and other business systems

  • A highly collaborative team player. Comfortable working across department lines with people at all levels in the organization

  • Must be flexible. Experience working for or with rapidly growing organizations is a plus
