Must be flexible between 5-8 pm M-Sunday
Pay: $15.00 an hour
MUST LIVE IN ARIZONA, Temporary remote from home work
Located near Indian Bend and the 101 Freeway
Must have 1-2 years of prior CSR experience

Deliver a world class client experience through knowledge, building rapport and providing assistance and education to clients. Performs ongoing support and service activities to ensure client satisfaction. Acts as an advocate for the client in assisting them with the navigation of web-based tools to find the appropriate services. Acts as a high performing team member by assisting others when needed. This role is phone and email based for the duration of the shift. Privacy Advocates predominately take incoming calls and are responsible for managing complex identity theft resolution cases, analyzing client records that have been flagged by our identity monitoring solution, assisting with inbound identity theft alert inquiries and making outbound calls to clients to review and resolve potential threats. May also handle email and/or other client interactions.
Acts as the first resource for InfoArmor’s customer questions and requests.
