The Endpoint Management Engineer role sits within our global Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) team, reporting to the Manager of Modern Workpl ace technology Endpoint Management and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager environment. The successful candidate will be a crucial contributor to projects that will deliver modern device management capabiliti es leveraging Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MEMCM), Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business and more. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with Microsoft Graph API for reporting and automation (although not essential).
T he successful candidate will have broad technical knowledge and can engage with both technical and non-technical colleagues. You will have an excellent track record of attention to detail, be dependable, results-focused, and succeed in task execution.
Support device updates
Be part of globally dispersed project rollouts.
Troubleshoot and work directly with internal and external departments
Deliver the engineering to and oversee the day-to-day administration of our Mi crosoft Endpoint Manager environment, including Configuration Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Desktop Analytics.
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot workstation OS images and task sequences within SCCM OSD Support and process customer requests for system and c onfiguration updates.
Undertake root cause analysis on Client Operating System problems.
Optimise the usability, performance and security of BCD Travel's desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Applications, Software Packaging & Delivery
How you can set yourself apart
5+ years of technical experience
Have worked within a global ICT environment.
Windows 10 servicing experience in a large enterprise using MEMCM/SCCM task s equences or Windows Update for Business.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Intune and Autopilot Experience for managing and deploying Windows 10 devices.
Detailed Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office suite of products
Proven ab ility to drive initiatives to completion.
Broad technical knowledge across End User Compute functional area.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Possess the ability to create, maintain and enforce written policies and procedures.
Wi llingness to travel up to 25% of the time both nationally and internationally.
Experience using REST APIs such as Microsoft Graph.
Expert level PowerShell knowledge.
Relevant technical certifications such as ITIL certification.
