Customer Service Representative
Amerisleep is the maker of the highest quality mattresses on the market. Our products are manufactured in the U.S. and sold around the world. We have had a successful e-commerce presence since 2010 and a unique brick and mortar retail model in multiple states. As an Amerisleep Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to become a product expert as well as an expert in understanding sleep science. We also believe in fostering an open-door culture where you can have a bigger impact beyond providing customers with better sleep.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Live and breathe customer service, authenticity, teamwork, and empathy.
Provide support and answers to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats.
Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge to our customer base in a professional manner.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service (Phone or Retail).
Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
Strong proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
