As a Customer Service Rep, you?ll be addressing questions from customers about our products, service, and follow up on placed orders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to educate our customers on better sleep technologies. Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Provide support and answers to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats.

  • Be the expert. Have confidence and understanding of our products and be prepared to advise customers on why Amerisleep is the best choice for their sleep needs.

  • Background in Customer Service

  • Skilled in cloud applications and office technology.

  • Able to demonstrate English language proficiency (written and spoken). Second language skills encouraged.

  • Must be flexible and adaptable in order to anticipate customer needs and interests.

  • Proficient in multitasking


  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service (Phone or Retail)

  • Background in sales is a plus

  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
