We are seeking an experienced, focused, and engaged full-time Operations Manager/Site Leader to join and lead our team at our manufacturing facility in Prescott, Arizona.

What we’re looking for:
Professional, humble leader responsible for building & site security 24/7 / 365 days per year
Proactive to lead efforts to continually improve product cost, product quality and product delivery; direct and coordinate the plant to produce product efficiently
Champion customer order fulfillment. Align with Planning, Procurement, Prescott Team, CCF Sales, and CCF Customer / Tech Services
Experience at directing, managing, coaching and mentoring a highly skilled staff to meet quality, delivery and cost targets
Effective at encouraging and supporting innovation, creativity and continuous improvement concepts, plans, and initiatives
Change management leader that supports a safety culture and models effective change management principles
Assess resources, expenses, and capital budget requirements.
Experience in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), SKU rationalization of existing products, and maximize efficiency and inventory turn; able to provide guidance to multi-functional NPI teams to ensure timeliness of the product rollout and production start-up
Development & Focus on Big10s / Key Manufacturing Objectives. Track and review indicators for Production, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Safety etc. on recurring basis
Exceptional communication skills to direct reports and all Prescott based Team Members, Company Communications, strategic plans, manufacturing plans, etc.
Able to clarify plans, goals, and objectives through team meetings, lunchroom announcements, memos, lunch table topics, etc.
Assistance in planning the long-range direction of the plant by developing the production organization of the future and developing individuals into a cohesive team
Focus on supervisor development with one-on-one feedback based on performance objectives
Adaptable to change and stress in the work environment and manages competing demands while maintaining high performance levels
Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and written
What you’ll do:
The Operations Manager/Site Leader will have overall responsibility to plan, direct, control, and coordinate manufacturing operations at our Prescott, AZ facility. Proactively drive efforts to continually improve product cost, product quality, product delivery, workplace safety, employee training, employee engagement, employee recognition, production capacity, staffing and operating efficiency. Develop and maintain an organization that supports the strategic direction of the Company, oversees the activities to meet the targets and objectives for quality, delivery, and cost. In addition, provides leadership direction to develop and implement plans to meet plant targets and objectives.
Bachelor of Science degree from accredited four-year university/college in Engineering, Business, or similar course of study
6 - 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills
Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner
Solve problems analytically; search out relevant information and gauge its importance when making decisions
Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
Take initiative, seek and act on opportunities to improve organization performance
Ability to translate specific goals into action and follow through to achieve goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)
Available to work on site as required by job; eligible for domestic and international travel. Will travel occasionally
