Your Role and Responsibilities

Seeking a Senior Developer with experience working with Theatconnect, Javascript and Python. development methodologies and tools to be responsible for custom development to integrate various security technologies. ThreatConnect Developer must be able to take requirements, create a design and turn it into a finished working deliverable. Developer will work with Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response and technical teams to implement SOAR and Threat Intelligence functionality in ThreatConnect. Experience automating incident response tasks through integrations with other applications is desirable. Creativity, self-driven, problem solving and attention to detail are valuable traits of a successful candidate.

Preferred location is Austin, TX.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 years experience with ThreatConnect development

• 5 years experience in JavaScript and Python development

• 3 years experience with XML and RESTful API integration

• 2 years experience with NoSQL database design/development (e.g. HBase, MongoDB, Cloudant)

• 2 years experience with Agile development / DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g. GitHub | Travis | JIRA)

• Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge and understanding of threat intelligence analysis

• Knowledge and understanding of Incident Response

• Experience developing security use cases

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Cybersecurity technologies

• Experience with Machine Learning and User Behavioral Analytics (UBA)

• Experience with a major SIEM (QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight)

• Experience integrating with Resilient and/or Remedy platform

• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps Methodologies
