QuEST Global’s Phoenix Project Engineering team is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Team Lead on their Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team. In addition to executing a customer’s Statement of Work, you will be responsible for a team of up to 8 project engineers. This role would require a background in reviewing and modifying work instructions and familiarity with First Article Inspections.
Team Lead Responsibilities:
Assisting with on‐boarding of new employees
Document processes, tools and templates
Gather and develop training materials
Establish reporting rhythm with customer
Ensure conformance to process across team
Setting and monitoring Key Result Areas (KRAs) quarterly
Annual performance reviews
Mapping career development plans
Mentor and facilitate training for team members
Meet with customer’s regularly to monitor project health
Providing weekly status reports to all customers
Weekly hours reporting
Monthly deliverables reporting
Hold team meetings to flow out information
Seek out new work opportunities for QuEST
Additional responsibilities include ensuring that the team develops and executes the following:
Gather necessary data, create and analyze metrics, maintain appropriate databases, and send required reports to the customer and the supply base
Ensure success of the QuEST Cross-Functional-Teams by helping to interact with aerospace manufacturing suppliers, set and report hardware commitment dates, and track and expedite the delivery of hardware.
Coordinate with supplier and customer if there are changes in delivery dates or requirements
Support project management and program management to quote and close work packages
Develop work instructions to implement best practices / lessons learned and ensure repeatability
Collaborate, mentor, and train other QuEST Team Members.
Participate in technical reviews within your knowledge base.

Bachelor's Degree / Master’s Preferred
2+ years of experience in supply chain and procurement
The candidate must have the ability to work virtually with an experienced team of professionals with a track record of coming through on commitments.
Experience with Business Management Software and Databases preferred; experience with SAP would be a plus
Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment without a lot of management oversite. You are independent and forward facing.

Compensation type: Salary Exempt with a competitive package dependent on level of experience
