Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Military Avionics Center of Excellence on the F-15 Advanced Display Core Processor II program. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity. This role will lead program pursuits working with Engineering and Business organizations to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and Milestone development/mgmt.

  • Customer relationships

  • Understand technology

  • Estimation development and analysis

  • Proposal and Basis-of-Estimate leadership

  • Experience with TINA-compliant estimates

  • Cost development

  • Budget analysis

  • Metric development/reporting

  • Risk/OPP development and management

  • Vendor interface

  • Project Performance

  • Cost Account Management

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
