The Special Credits Sr Spec I will support the Auto Recovery, Bankruptcy and Specialty Ops Group by handling an average of 100 – 125 inbound calls per day while maintaining an average talk time of 2 ½ minutes per call. Must be able to route calls to appropriate representatives for handling and in some instances self-service customer accounts. This could include but is not limited to processing direct check payments, handling lien satisfaction or title requests, handle credit bureau issues, and other miscellaneous collection support.

The following are some of the additional responsibilities for this position :

  • Maintain call monitoring results of 90% or better

  • Maintain acceptable average talk time as determined by department

  • Adhere to daily phone schedules

  • Ensuring department procedures are being followed and modifications are submitted timely

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must have the ability to toggle between multiple computer systems

  • Quality-oriented with excellent attention to detail

  • ICAF, ALS, VLS and Recovery One system experience helpful

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Various misc. items

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 1 year general office experience required

  • 1 year customer service experience required, call center experience strongly preferred

  • Previous collections and/or auto finance experience preferred

  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

  • Multi-line phone experience preferred

  • 10-Key calculator by touch with intermediate proficiency level
