The Software Engineer Analyst - .NET provides technical support for technology domain environments including these key responsibilities: but not limited to cloud, middleware, operating systems, applications, Software-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Service products. Other activities may include:
Developing enterprise web services for Wealth Investment Management
Adhering to Software Development Lifecycle policies and procedures
Understanding the business requirements, goals, and objectives and building solutions
Participating in testing of new technologies
Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues in the respective technology domain
Restoring or improving service quality and availability
Participating in projects including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts
Documenting changes and implementation plans
Understanding the given technology domain in reference to security, regulatory and compliance requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience
1+ year of .net experience
1+ year of database experience
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
1+ year of microservices development experience
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
Experience with version control or source code repositories to include: Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory or XMLSpy
.NET Core experience
Experience with major database engines including Oracle, SQL Server and DB2
Other Desired Qualifications
2+years of Mongo DB
Big Data experience
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Ability to work on call as assigned
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
