n Job Location: Phoenix, AZ

n

n Summary : This position will work with all levels of management. Main responsibilities involve developing and maintaining controls for existing and new equipment. Position will also support managing integrators for new business.

n

n Job Responsibilities:





+ Drive implementation of new technology and plant improvements.



+ Programming and documentation of PLC, PMC, HMI, VFD, Robotics, etc.



+ Manage electrical design / approvals of new equipment.



+ Develop plant equipment specifications.



+ Train and mentor maintenance technicians.



+ Create and maintain plant equipment drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.



+ Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.

n Job Requirements :





+ Working knowledge of Allen Bradly PLC's, and Fanuc Robots.



+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.



+ Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.



+ Knowledge of manufacturing concepts.



+ Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.



+ Must be able to read/write small numbers and letters. Must be able to make arithmetic calculations.



+ Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.



+ Must be able to respond quickly to problems; have ability to work in a stressful environment.



+ Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form.



+ Must be able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.



+ Must follow plant-wide safety procedures at all times.



+ Must pass a drug/alcohol screen. (Note: Accommodations will be made in accordance with The Americans with Disabilities Act).



+ Computer work will require the repetitive use of fingers, wrists, and arms.



+ Must successfully complete a ninety (90) day orientation period.

n Education and Work Requirements :





+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.



+ 5 years controls experience.
