This job was posted by : For more information, please see: *SUMMARY*Responsible for developing, renewing contracts, and maintaining a base of existing business customers who purchase telephony, HSD, and video services. Receive calls from existing customers of small to medium size companies that want to disconnect or downgrade existing service.*RESPONSIBILITIES** Works to keep business customers that call in from reducing some or all of services purchased.* Renews existing customer contracts that have, or will, expire shortly.* Ensures overall customer account satisfaction with product and service.* Works to identify reasons for customer dissatisfaction with product and provide prompt resolution in order to retain the customer.* Up-sells Cable One products that include digital, HSD, and phone to existing Cable One business customers.* Provides prompt and accurate information to customer inquiries regarding Cable One service and products that include digital, HSD, and phone. Routes customer and/or information to appropriate departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.* Other duties and/or responsibilities not specifically set forth above may, however, be assigned as needed.
