Facilitates and coordinates the regulatory compliance process. Supports the hospitals and clinics for Joint Commission survey preparation, licensing activities, and acts as a resource for clarification of compliance issues.
Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
3 years experience in related field
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience
Works well under pressure while completing tasks quickly and accurately.
Strong analytical abilities, organization and project/ process management skill; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve goals.
Ability to apply creative thinking to service line themes, content and strategic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Complex, abstract problem solving capabilities to maintain system-wide functions. Understanding of complexities of the healthcare environment.
Comfortable as a team member and informational leader.
Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, plan and deliver projects with minimal direction.
High level of initiative and strong business judgment.
Healthcare Accreditation Certification Professional (HACP)
Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP)
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
