Records and Licensing Customer Service

Randstad is working with a Government Agency located in Downtown Phoenix to identify a small team of three (3) experienced and driven Customer Service Representatives to assist as Records and Licensing Customer Service associates. The ideal candidates exhibit an excellent Customer Service mindset and skill, have experience in an Office Clerk, Records or other Administrative role, possess keen attention to detail, and absolutely must be able to work independently.

This is a long-term, temporary position lasting 3-6 months with potential for extensions based on performance.

  • Pay Rate: $15.00/HR

  • L ocation: Phoenix, AZ 85007

  • Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • In office position

Responsibilities:

This position provides courteous, accurate, and timely customer service to the public of the State of Arizona while answering calls using the Agency call center system.

  • Answering telephone calls and giving appropriate guidance and information to callers to assist in resolution of issues

  • Researching in various databases to identify a record, order information and or status of an order.

  • Providing complete and accurate service to applicants or customers who have made Agency requests through the quality review and shipment of records and cards to applicants.

  • Reviewing and approving/disapproving customer applications.

  • Contacting customers to verify address information.

  • Ensuring all mail is enveloped and properly secured each day.

  • Sorting, opening and reviewing incoming mail and distributing to appropriate area.

  • Logging, documenting, and filing returned mail.

  • Preparing logs, reports, and statements for monthly accounting and archiving.

Education:

  • High School

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Customer Service, Office and Administrative roles
