Insurance company is currently hiring Front Desk Receptionist – Administrative Office Assistant. This is a full time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a long term permanent position that will provide benefits after the successful completion of a 60 day probationary period. The ideal applicant will have experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist or even an Administrative Assistant. The Front Desk Receptionist – Administrative Office Assistant is responsible for answering calls, transferring or taking messages. The Receptionist – Administrative Office Assistant will also provide basic customer service and greet clients as they arrive for appointments. This is a document intensive position that will oversee basic electronic file maintenance, data entry, scanning, filing, faxing and requesting documentation. Individuals applying for this position should have extensive administrative or clerical experience.
