Quality Analyst Responsibilities:
Build and maintain program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in the areas of the program work breakdown structure (WBS), product qualification, resource support, line of balance, delivery schedule, risk management, customer meetings, and program life cycle as defined in the Statement of Requirements/Statement of Work.
Manage critical supplier non-recurring engineering schedules with key items included in the program IMS (integrated master schedule).
Maintain customer required IMS.
Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
U.S. Citizenship Status required due to client requirement.
Ability to quickly identify and address critical issues of complex program and lead team to develop action plan to improve performance.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IPDS processes and risk management
Superior customer management skills
Good strategic thinking skills
Consistently delivers on all commitments
Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified preferred not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of SAP, MS Project and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of Honeywell HMR, HOS and HON EVMS.
Proven track record of effective customer management and interface
