The purpose of this Property Management lead position is to provide Program Management for a cross-functional, national, property management portfolio. The position will be a Single Point of Contact for the Property Management engagement, working with local teams in varying markets to meet the needs of the client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as primary client contact to ensure that contract objectives are being met and escalation point for any scope, staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues. Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.
Oversees the development of annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs, including financial reporting and submission management for a portfolio of operating budgets. Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes complex issues succinctly.
Interacts with clientTransaction Management andAsset Management to ensure timely transition of relative site information for on/off boarding purposes.
Proactively Identifies new strategies for program enhancement to ensure continuous improvement Presents relevant ideas/suggestions to client as appropriate.
Facilitates regular meetings to review program health for active and pending properties (property pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and oversees project team through implementation and completion.
Ensures periodic regular property inspections by third party (is this referring to Asset Services?) are completedin accordance with maintained schedule, with recommendations and/or approved alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary for evaluation.
Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. May provide consultation on complex projects that integrate into an organized program.
Ensures the local Asset Services teams provide industry best-in-class relevant duties and deliverables. Holds local teams accountable through KPIs or other approved mechanisms. Drives Asset Services’ compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including ADA, HazMat, OSHA and emergency preparedness.
Provides formal supervision to teams of employees within an operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the companys values.

Possesses the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced knowledge and experience of Property Management principals in an Industrial, and Commercial Office setting.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Additional Managerial Responsibilities: adhere to all HSE requirements established for CBRE employees, supervisors and managers are additionally required to:
a. Provide sufficient distraction-free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly,
b. Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders,
c. Support "stop work" authority when it is exercised in good faith,
d. Communicate any / all potential workplace hazards and implement action plans for correction
