Recruiting Process & Programs build and scale global programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class Recruiting Team. We do this by implementing operational initiatives, connecting teams, product, process and knowledge, as well as problem solving operational hurdles to enable our Recruiting Teams do their most impactful work. As a global Program Manager, you will be responsible for the process and policy design including overall program execution and delivery with the goal of driving sustainable change at scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing programmatic strategies for Recruiting alongside key partners and stakeholders. Plugging into the Recruiting organization’s multi-year vision, you will scale and deliver programs in multiple formats leveraging what exists while also building out and customizing programming based on the needs of Recruiting. You will measure and communicate results against commitments to ensure meaningful progress.The areas of focus this Program Manager can work on includes (but not limited to): Candidate Experience Program - Design global process & policy at scale for the end-to-end candidate processes and inform product requirements for optimal candidate journey.Interviewer Experience & Coordinator Program - Design global process & policy at scale and inform product requirements for the Interviewer Experience Program & Coordinator function. Interviewer Experience areas of focus include training, calibration, capacity, performance measures etc. Coordinator area of focus is interview scheduling.Referrals Management Program- Design global process & policy at scale for Referral Management framework and inform product requirements.Leadership Recruiting Program - Design global process & policy at scale for end-to-end Leadership Recruiting framework and inform product requirements.Candidate Management Program - Design global process & policy at scale for centralized or decentralized end-to-end sourcing processes. Areas of focus will include engagement/outreach strategies, insights, talent pooling, candidate matching, qualifying a candidate, prescreening etc.Debrief, Offer, Preboarding & On-boarding Program - Design global processes & policy at scale for the following recruitment stages: interview, debrief, offer & close, and onboarding. Inform product requirements across these areas.

Required Skills:

  1. Design recruiting processes that drive for scalability, efficiency, velocity & an enhanced candidate experience

  2. Facilitate regional and/or global process discovery workshops to support larger global recruiting initiatives & understand current state processes, variance & root causes

  3. Evaluate current recruiting processes to develop an automated & scalable Global Recruiting strategy

  4. Build effective program framework, sequencing & overall execution plan that the core project team adheres to

  5. Help shape program strategy & vision, establish shared goals & work with cross-functional partners & leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results

  6. Provide Business Process advisory support & influence Recruiting cross-functional teams on program strategies & best practices

  7. Drive standard implementation/project methodology (e.g. mobilize, plan, prepare, design, build, transition, stabilization & iterate)

  8. Build & manage program governance throughout the lifecycle of the implementation (e.g. project charter, project plan, risk log, status reports, go/no go criteria etc.)

  9. Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks & adjustments to overall program & ensure commitments are delivered

  10. Drive core project team strategy, status calls, engagement & overall management of deliverables across multiple workstreams

  11. Create, implement, transform & execute innovative Recruiting solutions using business acumen and industry expertise while also leveraging and amplifying existing programming in place across the company

  12. Document recruiting process, work instruction & policy as inputs to knowledge management & training content

  13. Leverage, outline & analyze metrics to drive program priorities, obtain buy-in, show impact & drive clarity

  14. Support Change Manager objectives such as communications, change impact assessments, training approach etc.

  15. Build strategic relationships with global & cross-functional partners to drive improvements to the program strategy

  16. Communicate process, policy & product concepts effectively to other strategic Program Managers, Leadership, business & cross-functional partners

  17. Support training efforts related to program implementations or transformations

  18. Advise Product Marketing Managers/Product Managers on process challenges across the recruiting organization to help drive future product enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years experience in Program Management and/or Consulting with focus on Recruiting, HR and/or Operations

  2. 5+ years experience in project management & process design executing across a matrixed organization

  3. Experience establishing programs & leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth

  4. Experience designing & executing recruiting program strategies & communicating with data to drive direction & change

  5. Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations

  6. Practiced in creating and managing project governance (requirement/scoping, project plan, meeting facilitation, risk/issue identification and mitigation)

  7. Highly skilled at leading process improvement projects with a proven record of increasing operational efficiency including change impact analysis, subsequent training & communication strategies

  8. Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner

  9. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and being keen in identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions

  10. Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships in order to influence and drive the program vision in a single direction

  11. Experience creating and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders including senior-level leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP or Six Sigma certification

  2. Experience working in tech-industry or start-up environments

  3. Experience working with recruiting tools and systems

  4. Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills

  5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
