Aerotek Pharmacy Technicians - Day Shift - Competitive Compensation in Phoenix, Arizona

A large online pharmacy is seeking qualified certified pharmacy technicians for day shift opportunities in Phoenix, AZ.

The pharmacy technicians will be responsible to:

-Request the transfer of existing customer prescriptions

-Transcribe verbal prescriptions from external pharmacies

-Manage daily logs and collaborate with team to prioritize workload

-Work with the ongoing support team to enter appropriate drug, drug dose, time, instructions and prescriber information into the pharmacy filling system

-Communicate with providers to obtain new prescriptions and follow up on patient-related inquiries

-Perform outbound phone calls to doctor's offices, doctors and customers for prescription verification and approval

Shifts are available from 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6am working either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday.
