VMware People Insights Survey Program Manager - Opportunity for Working Remotely in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Role and Responsibility
Does the prospect of generating data-driven insight within a dynamic HR function excite you? We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and detailed-oriented Survey Program Manager to join our Global People Insights team.
The Survey Program Manager will report to the Senior Director, Global People Insights, and will partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand their business needs, and design and administer employee listening programs to meet those needs.
Manage a variety of research projects, including quarterly pulse surveys, manager feedback surveys, onboarding and exit surveys, and qualitative interviews and focus groups.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and thought partners on the design of research tools.
Oversee the programming and testing of online surveys in the Qualtrics survey platform.
Coordinate survey promotions.
Monitor and troubleshoot survey data collection.
Design and build dashboards in the Qualtrics survey platform.
Help identify actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Develop and proof reports and data visualizations.
Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Qualtrics survey platform).
Participate in a survey governance committee to coordinate and prioritize research efforts across the company.
Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or related field (e.g., marketing research, psychology).
4-6 years of work experience supporting survey research in an academic or corporate environment.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects of various sizes to different stakeholders on different timelines.
Proven track record of delivering actionable insights at scale.
Strong understanding of survey methodologies, quantitative and qualitative research, and survey design principles.
Experience building and administering surveys in the Qualtrics survey platform (EX and/or CoreXM).
Highly proficient in Excel (creating formulas, macros, pivot tables).
PowerPoint and/or dashboard data visualization experience.
Working knowledge of statistical principles, including statistical significance testing.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence decision makers at multiple levels through the judicious use of data.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Attention to detail that borders on obsessiveness, coupled with an ability to self-audit work to a very high degree of accuracy.
Commitment to follow through on issues to completion.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in an ambiguous and unpredictable environment.
Experience providing excellent customer support.
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary, a strong sense of accountability, and sound professional judgment.
Ability to work autonomously, with minimal direction, as well as collaborate with others.
- Master’s degree in the social sciences or related field (e.g., marketing research, psychology).

Salaried role (For positions located in Colorado)
