Customer Support Rep will be the first point of contact for clients in need of technical support on all exam platforms. Candidate will be responding to clients via chat, phone, and email; addressing questions/concerns and technical issues regarding online testing taking/exams. Onsite Customer Support Rep will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and well-ordered notes. Support Rep will also be responsible for proctoring exam takers to ensure that they aren’t using any materials not allowed & proactively communicating on-going client issues and resolve complex hardware and software related support problems
