Sparklight Outbound Sales Representative in Phoenix, Arizona
Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is looking for outgoing and motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing team! As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will connect by making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. This position sells cable TV, internet, and home phone services, maintaining a customer-focused approach on all calls, and maximizing the sales opportunities for all products by use of strong sales and up-sell techniques.

What would your day look like?
Following up with our current customers to make sure they are happy with their current services. Do they need additional services? Work to upsell them, presenting on even better communications packages!
Connecting with potential customers in the various communities we serve and presenting and selling them on Sparklight’s communication packages. Providing high level customer service by ensuring all customer data is entered accurately into the system.
Sometimes a customer may have in depth questions about our services. Help them understand why switching to Sparklight is the best choice.
Self-motivation to achieve established sales, productivity, and service goals on a consistent basis.

What you'll need:
We are looking for outgoing individuals! Be able to direct conversations and close sales.
A proactive approach - some customers require a little 'push' to commit - be persistent even after a hard refusal/rejection.
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate degree (A.A.) preferred.
