Chewy Non IC Forklift Operator in Phoenix, Arizona

Our Opportunity:

Seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Non-Inventory Control Forklift Operators in our Goodyear, AZ location. The Non-Inventory Receiver will work in a team environment and directly with the Inbound Manager to administer the flow of non-inventory goods including supplies and corrugate. This individual will work with all departments to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

We are looking for both Days and Nights.

\u0026amp;nbsp;What you will do:

  • Ensure all units of corrugate and/or non-inventory supplies are off loaded from incoming trailers and accurately stored in a timely manner

  • Inspect quality \u0026amp;amp; count of incoming supplies against BOL/Packing Slip for accuracy

  • Organization of supplies to both Outbound and Inbound departments

  • Set up operations for success by placing and positioning supplies in appropriate areas and positions

  • Assist in researching missing or damaged non-inventory supplies

  • Serve as backup to daily cycle counting

  • Assist when needed with pallet collection and placement on recycle trailer

  • When needed – aid in maintaining general housekeeping throughout the warehouse

  • All other functions as deemed necessary

What you will need:

  • Must be willing and able to work all shifts

  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as required

  • Must be able to read, write and take direction in English

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours

  • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

  • Must be have experience on powered equipment – Reach, Dock stocker, Clamp, Double Pallet Jack

  • Problem solving and decision making

  • Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
