    Summary of Responsibilities

The marketing project manager is responsible for managing various corporate and property marketing-related projects, programs, and activities, including:

· Initiating projects, and monitoring, tracking, and communicating project details with key stakeholders at defined intervals to ensure project success

· Analyzing data, planning approaches accordingly, and developing plans

· Creating tools, resources, and protocols to streamline processes and improve collaboration

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

· Manages the coordination and completion of corporate and property marketing projects and programs

· Applies project management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring phases of each project

· Develops overall plans of action for unresolved issues and communicates with stakeholders accordingly

· Conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares reports

· Creates, maintains, and revises team tools and resources

· Partners with marketing team leadership to provide expertise for day-to-day project activities

· Gathers recommendations for the continuous improvement of marketing programs

· Ensures that department milestones and goals are met, and adheres to approved budgets

· Accurately tracks and processes expenses and invoices for marketing team leaders

· Creates PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and other documents for professional presentations and company use

· Answers incoming correspondence and routes inquiries to the appropriate associate

· Manages inventory of supplies related to marketing initiatives

· Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

· High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English, communications, or a related field is preferred.

· Three or more years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred

· One to two years of prior project management experience is required

· Knowledge of Salesforce and Concur is preferred

Skills and Requirements

· Skill in providing an excellent customer experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive

· Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work and continue to monitor and make changes to work as the project needs dictate

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships

· Demonstrated ability to drive projects and be self-directed and motivated

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

· Expert at solution-based thinking

· Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers

· Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time-critical environment

· Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes

· Ability to create and deliver presentations

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses if assigned


· Required to maintain a regular schedule which may also require working outside of regular schedule, weekends, and non-traditional holidays


· Exposure to environment typically found in an office building
