This position will be responsible for balancing Account Take Over (ATO) losses with customer experience across the customer lifecycle for our global customers. These customer touch points include account activities across all channels (online, mobile app, and phone), card spend, Membership Reward redemption, and other non-card product activities.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of highly skilled professionals to define policy and procedures, design strategy, build global capabilities and processes, develop tracking and MIS, and ultimately be accountable for account takeover losses. In order to achieve this, it will be required to work closely with a range of business partners across Enterprise Digital, Product, Technology, Compliance as well as other fraud risk management teams.

Successful candidate should possess:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fraud Risk Management in the card industry or an educational degree in Business Analytics.

Critical Qualifications for this key leadership posting are:

  • Ability to leverage data and analytical insights to mitigate losses while balancing customer experience

  • Strong thought leadership

  • Results-oriented

  • Ability to design and develop fraud solutions using SAS, SQL, R, Python or other programming language

  • Strong relationship skills

  • Ability to influence others and communicate effectively

  • Adaptable to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields is strongly desired

  • Master’s degree required
