Hiring Maintenance Technicians
The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of duties in a commercial print manufacturing environment. The maintenance mechanic will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently by completing preventative maintenance as well as needed requirements. Candidate should have experience with mechanical equipment, water chillers, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, electrical, electrical devices, and automation systems. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment as needed at the direction of the Plant Manager.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair equipment.
Capable of using a volt and amp meter.
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly schematic drawings.
Safely operate a variety of lifting equipment including forklift and scissor lift.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of fabrication, electrical controls, and excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of printing process and printing equipment preferred.
Conduct machine installs, repairs, maintenance as well as facilities repair and maintenance as needed.
Install and maintain plant infrastructure. (air, electrical, water, etc.).
Diagnose and repair manufacturing machinery, failures including, but not limited to, pumps, motors, gear boxes, auxiliary equipment, and forklifts.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production time.
Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during down time.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facility.
Maintain records of time, materials, and parts required to complete work orders.
Interface with other skilled trades and oversee outside contractor activities.
Perform all other maintenance duties as assigned or needed.
