Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

An international insurance organization has an immediate need for an insurance defense attorney with insurance defense experience licensed in Arizona. Work is REMOTE and you can work from anywhere in Arizona. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) temporary role with the potential for the role to convert to a full-time, permanent position. Job Requirements of an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney: (a) An active license (in good standing) to practice law in Arizona. (b) Five or more years of insurance defense experience. (c) strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be working on defending personal injury cases, specifically auto accidents and premises liability.

Primary duties include:

(i) tasks associated with the discovery process (e.g., taking depositions, preparing interrogatories, drafting discovery requests, reviewing medical records, etc.);

(ii) drafting pleadings and motions;

(iii) case evaluations;

(iv) arbitration and mediation
