The Global Partner Commercial Enablement Project Manager role will focus on supporting critical functions including: developing a rigorous process to create a consolidated financial forecast and managing the global outsourced billing reconciliation with external stakeholders. This role will work in close partnership with a variety of teams, including Project Specialists, Finance, Global Outsourcing, Capacity Planning, Engineering, and Data Analytics, to drive insight and inform decisions. This team is committed to working on behalf of the users to create a better user community experience.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality solutions.

  2. Maintain flexibility in jumping into multiple projects or temporary assignments, taking ownership quickly and driving projects to completion.

  3. Analyze existing processes and tools to provide recommendations for improvements and automation, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to implement change.

  4. Support the end-to-end processes for resource tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting as needed.

  5. Utilize self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative behavior while executing through ambiguous scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in finance, project management, resource planning, workforce analytics, or a combination of these

  2. 2+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

  3. Communication skills including experience presenting information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences

  4. Experience in creating sustainable processes, iterative process improvement, attention to detail and organizational skills

  5. Self-starter with the experience effectively navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity

  6. Experience using Excel

  7. Team-player focused on winning together, achieving more as a team than as an individual

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other process methodologies

  2. Knowledge in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization applications
