Position Overview

Embry Health is seeking a talented Field Operations Manager to lead the high level day to day field operations of the company. With over 70 testing sites across the state of Arizona you will be responsible for leading a large, field based team with the goal of delivering affordable, quality care to residents across the state.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and maintains day-to-day field operations for all site locations.

  • Establishes leadership presence as the go to person for Area Site Managers and other field personnel.

  • Effectively coordinates communication of Embry Health's goals to all field personnel and promotes culture of quality, patient-focused healthcare.

  • Identifies issues related to field operations and actively seeks solutions to maximize field operations efficiency.

  • Assists with identifying staffing and/or training needs for Area Site Managers and other field personnel.

  • Assists with managing field budgets, labor costs, scheduling, and inventory control.

  • Regularly visits field sites to audit and ensure that policies and procedures are being properly adhered to in accordance with company and/or governmental standards.

  • Assists in getting operations set up and running for new field sites.

  • Develops operational policies and procedures for maximizing safety, performance, and efficiency of field operations.

  • Coordinates the planning, implementing and evaluating of any changes to field operations.

  • Resolves all issues and concerns related to field operations.

  • Other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business /Healthcare Administration or other related degree, preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a large team across multiple sites, preferably in the healthcare industry.
